Q: Is the tall tree safe for even large-breed, active cats?	A: Yes! The tall cat tower weights 30lbs, constructed of steel & high-density fiberboard. At only 40" tall, the center of gravity is relatively low and designed to be extremely sturdy. But don't take our word; many customers with large cats have supplied wonderful, glowing testimonials!
Q: Does the fabric really withstand cat scratching?	A: Yes! The special cross-woven fabric is extremely durable and does not unravel when scratched by your cat. If you have a ambitious scratcher, you can rotate the pads to ensure even wear. In special cases of long term heavy use the foam scratching pads can be replaced.
Q: Easy to keep clean?	A: Yes! Simply wipe the stainless steel frame with damp cloth. The fabric is very easy to clean with periodic vacuuming & garment lint remover for quick cleaning.
Q: Is it easy to assemble?	A: Yes! This cat furniture uses high-quality hardware and unique patent-pending foam scratch pad for easy-to-assemble in just 20 minutes!
Q: Will my cat will like this furniture?	A: Some cats can be fickle and won't immediately appreciate their cool new furniture. Generally, cats need to understand that a new piece of furniture is for them. It might take a little time to adjust and stop scratching your favorite sofa! We recommend positively encourage them by using treats, petting & catnip to communicate their ownership. Soon, you'll have a hard time tearing them away from their new cat condo!

Leo Loves His New Condo!Leo loves all the various things he can do. Chillaxing on the lower level. Critter watching on the top level and Scratching the pads.
