Best product I have purchased for my catsThis is really a great product. My cats love it. I had to buy one for every level of my house. It is quite sturdy and very stylish. I had the same problem with not being stable when assembled but I put an additional felt piece on the legs and its fine. My cats jump on it and play on it all day but its sturdy enough to handle the activity and does not fall. I have had the product now for over a year and its still in good shape. I love the customer service as well. Nancy gives a lot of personal attention to her customers making you very comfortable with the purchases.

Cool Double Seast Designer Cat Tree & Great Customer Service Handling ProblemI ordered the double seat designer cat tree (I like the large beds, the height, and the sisal face and the appearance, too) and when it arrived it had a manufacturing flaw that meant it was not stable when assembled. I was peeved! Nancy was all over it: she wrote me immediately, talked with the manufacturer, devised a plan, had another shipped out right away WITHOUT making me box up the old one and send it back (big brownie points), tracked it, wrote me when it shipped, again when it arrived, and was eager to know if the problem was fixed. In short, a very aggravating experience turned into a very satisfactory one...AND the new cat tree is great, the cats like it, it looks good and is practical...and I've gone from an unhappy customer to a happy one. I will gladly gie them my business again. Great follow-through!
