Great looking and spacious!This tree was pretty easy to put together, is sturdy and looks good. I love that the platforms are spacious enough for a bigger cat to fully lay on, many trees have tiny platforms that cannot accomodate my Yamcha, who is on the larger side.
I also was very very happy with the customer service provided by Nancy. The tree was shipped promptly, she was quick to reply to emails and even did a follow-up when she saw that my package had arrived to see if all was in order! Big thumbs up!! We Are All Happy!My double cat tree arrived last night and I put to together as soon as I got home from work. My two cats had a great time in the packing box, and with the bag of hardware, I managed to get it put together with their 'help.' I put the tree in front of the window. My cats immediately jumped on it, sniffed it and then laid down. One of them was laying on it this morning. So, not only does it look great, they like it so we are all happy.
