Cat Condo: I just wanted to let all of your potential customers know how truly satisfied I am with your product. I recently purchased a new condo (for me) and, unfortunately, my cat condo didn't survive the move. Keep in mind, I paid about $120.00 for that one! I was shopping around for a new one and I quickly realized that, unless you're willing to settle for something that is not exactly what you want, the major chains have very little selection. This includes the fact that they are overpriced and poorly made. I looked at numerous condos and I knew what could cause problems. The carpet would easily lift, the staples were showing and they were the most hideous colors.
I spent about 10 days shopping online and comparing my options and prices. Even still, I couldn't find what I wanted. How sad. I don't have a creative bone in my body but I've always owned cats. I had better ideas than what I saw online. I was very happy when I found your site. The price was right and, with the free shipping promotion, everything sounded great! Even if those options weren't available, I still would have purchased from you because your site had the best selection. Upon ordering, I waited patiently (at least, I tried) for the delivery to my Mom's house. She called me at work to tell me that she was jealous because it looked so much better than hers. When I took it to my own house, my cat couldn't even wait for me to get it out of the box. I immediately checked it for visible staples or carpet gaps and there were none. Very high quality!
She immediately jumped on it and has been practically living on it ever since! She has a great view out the window and she just relaxes with her arms crossed (I know!). I have to call her name 3-4 times be
fore she'll jump out of it. I train new hires at a large shipping company and I have been using this experience as an example of excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. Thank you very much! - Jaime Hesek
Deluxe Half Spiral Tree: Just wanted to let you know I received the Deluxe Half Spiral Cat Tree today and I'm very pleased with it. It's SO well-made it puts the cheap tree I got last year to shame! (It also props the thing up, so the cats can still use it!) My 3-year-old calico, Minnie, went nuts all over the new tree even before I got it set in the right place--I moved it into position with her in the perch. My 1-year-old orange kitty, Leona, the one with the gimpy hind leg, for whom I bought this stair-step-type tree, hasn't explored it yet, but she's cautious & prefers to study things first (she used to be feral). I'm sure she'll love being able to get some altitude for a change! Thanks a lot for a great tree. I'll send some photos of the "kids" on it soon. :) And as soon as I can, I'll be ordering another tree to use as a window perch! - L =^..^=

Stay safe in the snow. If it is any consolation, I miss the snow sometimes. It gets terribly hot here; I'm from SD originally. My husband wanted to retire here. I drive a school bus as my "retirement" job. The benefits are good and the pay, well, that goes toward your kitty furniture. haha The pics are for your enjoyment. 47 inch Quad-Level Cat Tower: Just a note to let you know that I received my cat tower a few days ago and it looks great. :) I wanted to send you a note with more detail which probably helps you produce great designs -- and of course everyone likes to hear some appreciation for their work! The felines definitely liked the tower right away. One of them jumped onto the top perch before the tower was even completely out of the box. In fact, I had to slide the tower from the living room into my office with the cat still sitting on it because he refused to get down while I moved it! My other kitty is snoozing on the middle shelf right now as I type this. So that's two paws up for cat satisfaction. :)
I'm very pleased with this item as well and I expect that it will last for a long time. It feels very solid, well-balanced and hard to tip, so I feel confident that the cats won't knock it over (which has definitely happened with flimsier trees and scratching posts in the past). Nice size too -- it doesn't take up too much floor space, but the shelves are big enough for my oversized cats (one Large Kitty and one Extra-Extra-Huge Cat-zilla). It's also handy that I don't have to assemble it!
I really appreciate the fact that the shelves are carpeted on the undersides as well as on top and that the whole tower seems to have been made with care and attention to detail. The last piece of cat furniture I bought was higher priced and isn't *nearly* as well-made -- the platforms have uncovered wood on the bottom which is starting to get splintered, and the workmanship is just generally shoddy. (I actually cut my hand when I was bringing my other cat tree home from Petco because there were several random nails poking out -- some just a little bit and a couple under the shelves sticking out two or three inches!)
Anyway, the piece I bought from you looks like high-quality furniture that's built to last, just as you described. I will definitely keep you in mind for future shopping and/or recommendations to friends. :)
In fact, speaking of future purchases, I'd like to ask you about a possible custom piece. I'm not looking to buy it immediately (money's going to be tight during the holidays etc.) but it's something that I might like to order in the future if you could make it for me -- and it might be an idea that would appeal to some of your other customers too! I've written up a description of what I have in mind and will send it along in a separate email. When you have a chance, maybe you can let me know what you think. Also, I see if I can get some pictures of the kitties looking cute and comfy on their tower. If I can get a couple of cute shots, I'll send those along as well. Tri Level Cat Tower: Tower Arrived and was able to uncrate it yesterday! It makes a fine addition. I put it next to the other with the cat steps on TOP of my coffee table. It's so neat! All of them were on it on some level, only when lights went out last night, there was some major complaining going on....I went into that room to see what the problem was....seems they ALL want a top shelf! OH, these guys! I ended up kicking them out of the room and shutting the door. Will try again today. Couldn't let that go on unsupervised...would have had to get up all night to break it up!
Today, we'll all try again and see if they can be a bit more gracious (I know, not in the feline dictionary). The great BIG guy was actually up there and lounging with his belly on the top platform and ALL of the rest of him hanging off. And he was sound asleep - oblivious to the 3 stooges act that was going on around him. Gotta love that cat! He knows where to put his priorities. Well, hopefully, they'll learn to share the top shelf and the window, but one thing for sure, they'll be getting workout in the process! Cat Perch: Just wanted to tell you I received the cat perch & it's wonderful. It really is a VERY well made thing - I appreciate your craftsmanship! I wish it were about another 8-12" taller, but otherwise it's absolutely perfect … and you can't have everything! Anyway, my boys (all 3) have already all tried it out - the best thing is that 2 of my feline friends are huge (about 20 lbs. ea) so having something that's big enough for them to actually fit on can be a challenge - this is definitely big enough! Lazy Cat's Deluxe Perch: Received the cat perch and my boys absolutely love it. I am impressed as well by the design and the quality. Since the moment we took it out of the box and placed it in the front window, one has been stretched out on the top shelf and the other on the bottom shelf---something I thought I would never see. They get along, but do not hang out together. And, now every night when I get home, there they are stretched out in the sun. In fact, my Pixie-bob only leaves when fresh food is out. Love the color as well. Thank you so much--it is fantastic!!
Colossal Deluxe Perch: I love the quality of your cat trees and my cats love the comfort of them. I bought your Colossal Cat Tree for my Norwegian Forest Cat, Elvis, and there is room to spare on the perch for him! Tri-Level Corner Cat Tower: I received the cat tower yesterday. We all are extremely pleased with it, especially the cats. They knew it was for them when it came out of the box. Right now it is sitting in the foyer and the cats are using it. The planned spot is in a sun room, in a windowed corner. (we need to rearrange a dog crate which the cats are now using as their look out.)

Kitty Hotel Cat Condo: We LOVE the kitty condo! My five year old daughter wants to know if you can make one in her size! The kittens can't get enough of it. Deluxe Half Spiral Tree: I unwrapped it and brought it in the middle of the family room to give the cats a chance to see it...no more than 30 sec. later the cats were all over it taking turns in the top...too cute!! Gosh you should have seen the sense of wonder on their faces...it would have done you heart good...I must send pictures because they love the deluxe sleeper too...Great Job!! Cat Tower & Custom Spiral Cat Tree: Thanks so much for the prompt delivery of the two perches. Of course they are truly outstanding. None of the kitties have seen them yet do to sleep time for the girls who are nearly 18 years. The younger ones are outside enjoying the weather and have not been in yet to view. The 36 inch window perch replaced an older perch in the basement for the guys and the spiral replaced the one that the fella who had MS made for us. It is being retired to the basement. The new spiral will be in our kitchen and will lend for more room in an all ready small kitchen plus the color is a nice change being nice light beige. Cat Perches: Sorry I didn't reply that the perches were received and they came so quickly and boxed so well!!! The perches are just exquisite and they are so well designed and sturdy. Our dark 18 year old tortie jumped on first this time and I did snap a pix. However, we have some dear friends that live across the street from us and they have two of the four feral kittens we raised from 4 weeks of age 1 1/2 years ago plus a 16 year old tuxedo. We love to do special things for the two gals who live also on a tight budget. Animal friends are a passion for us all. We helped with the Tuxedo's dental work last year and know we wanted to give them perches for their felines.
So I took pix to entice them and to see what they might want in a design and also gave them a link to your website. The last two I ordered from you I knew would be perfect for them. We had them over Sat. to view and they just loved them both. So the two perches went to their home across the street from us. The gals don't have a digital camera so I will be lending them ours and hopefully you will have pix of the three felines who are just precious young ones and the older guy tuxedo. I will send you the pix and information about them. Both of the gals work so will try to connect with them this week. Obviously, we will need a few other perches in the near future when budget allows. So you have not heard the last from us. Thanks for the inquiry..........we were just busy giving the perches to our friends. Now you have made more felines happy.

Kitty Hotel (repeat customer!): The condo has arrived!! I unpacked it and couldn't believe how sturdy and well made it is!! It looks great! And it's a wonderful size! I set it up in the living room and am waiting for the kitties to come out of hiding now to check it out!! I know they will love it! Lazy Cat Deluxe Sleeper: I just wanted to let you know I received our kitty sleeper tree today. My kitty, Isabella, is absolutely in love with it. It's like she knew it was just for her the minute it got here. She's been busy scratching and rubbing her face on it to scent mark it all evening. It's a wonderfully solid piece of work, and very nice looking. I'm very happy with it. You just made my life a little easier, since now kitty will scratch this instead of my sofa and my bed! Sleeper: The sleeper arrived this afternoon! Was so excited to get it out of the box and see how sturdy and well made it is! Very impressive!!! Better than I'd even imagined!! The kitties immediately came over and started sniffing it and checking it out and before too long they were climbing on it and then Emily fell asleep in the sleeper!! And Rusty kitty has been playing with the rope toy on the sleeper already too!
Oh, and Grayson kitty wanted me to thank you for the extra bonus gift -- the most excellent cardboard shipping box EVER!!!! (He's a cardboard box-aholic). He says this sturdy box is gonna take a lot of scratching to get it thoroughly shredded to pieces!! LOL (He's peeking out of the box at me right now!) Thanks! Deluxe Sleeper: I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know we received our order last week. The Deluxe Sleeper got here in perfect condition, and the color goes well with our living room decor. The top shelf which we asked you to install backwards from the usual orientation, lines up just about perfectly with the windowsill where we chose to place the sleeper. This lets our two cats both sit on the top of the Sleeper and watch the hummingbirds and bluejays visiting the feeders in our little backyard. Our cats also snooze there from time to time.
We are very happy with the Sleeper, both in its quality and in the speed you built and shipped it to us after we placed our order. I'll see if I can catch Julius & Chloe in a cute pose on the Sleeper sometime and take a few photos of them that I can e-mail to you. I guess that's all for now.
