Guarantee for KatKabin Products

The Katkabin product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. During this period it will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge provided that:

1. The product is returned to Brinsea Products, USA with evidence of purchase date;
2. This product has been purchased by the user and not used for hire purposes;
3. This product has not been misused or handled carelessly;
4. Repairs have not been attempted other than by Brinsea Products staff as authorize importers.

The polystyrene flooring is exempt from this guarantee.

This manufacturer's guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
