Excellent!I have four cats and this multi-function tree gives my cats privacy and viewing of the outside. While one cat sleeps in the condo another can watch squirrels and birds outside. This is a well-made and sturdy tree that holds my 18 and 15 pound cats at the same time and there is no shaking when both jump on the tree - now that's quality!! Plus the carpeting and sisal posts are of excellent quality and I know the trees will last a life time and that's why I have purchased two more trees for my critters. Pricing is excellent, customer service is the best and receiving the trees fully assembled is the best. Thank you MyCatsHeaven!!!
